The 5th Islamic Solidarity Games have ended in Turkey. The official closing ceremony of the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games was held at the "15 July" Stadium of the Seljuk University in Konya.

In the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games, the archery recurve team women and men's championships were won by the Turkish teams.

Hüseyin Çalışkan, who shot 503.00 meters in the traditional archery men's long range shooting at the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games, became the games champion. In the race where İbrahim Balaban came in second with 498.28 meters, Fatih Yıldız became the owner of the bronze medal with 497.14 meters.

In the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games, Yntymak Muradil Uulu from Kyrgyzstan won the men's 70m Target Shooting and the gold medal.Muhammad Ikram Mazlan from Malaysia received the silver medal. In the third place match, Oğuz Okçu from Türkiye won the bronze medal by defeating Ahmad Zulqarnain Murat from Malaysia.

The excitement of para archery in the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games continued with the competitions held at Saraçoğlu Sports Facilities.
